Professional Experience

Terrence is an 18 year CRE veteran and is leading a growing healthcare practice advisory services at Greenwood CRE, concentrating on healthcare development, expansions, and relocations. Terrence also utilizes his broad real estate experience to work on Landlord Agency and Tenant Representation projects. Prior to joining our team, Terrence worked with Jones Lange LaSalle (JLL), where he was the head of their Healthcare Solutions Services for the Denver office, concentrating on the Metro Denver Market and surrounding areas.

Terrence is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has been an intricate part of healthcare hospital systems for the last 18years, driving Healthcare Services transactions and consultation in the Mountain West and Northwest regions. He has developed several relationships with key physician groups and hospitals in Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Washington. Mastering the fundamentals of healthcare systems has significantly enhanced Terrence’s success in meeting his client’s specific needs and goals in slow or robust economic conditions.

Prior to JLL, Terrence ran the Healthcare Practice Group for Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. (C&W) from 2012 to 2016. Before his career in real estate, Terrence was a top producer for several consecutive years; focusing on Healthcare organizations by understanding current situations in the ever-changing Healthcare Industry. He was bestowed the Presidents Club Award as International Top Sales Executive in 2008. He has worked with: Intermountain Healthcare System, Salt Lake City, UT, Centura Healthcare System in Denver, CO, and Exempla/SCL in Denver, CO; comprised of over 25 Hospitals and Surgery Centers, and over 4,000 hospital beds. He also worked with key executives at the Hospital Corporation of America- Continental Division (HCA).
