Professional Experience
Rodney brings over 25 years of experience to Greenwood CRE.
Over the course of his career he has worked with tenants, buyers, developers and owners. Rodney is intimately familiar with the Boulder and Northwest Corridor Office and Industrial markets. He has developed a thorough understanding of the issues most important to the parties involved in the transaction. Through this experience, Rodney has demonstrated the knowledge and ability to advise his clients on strategic points while ensuring that the deal continues to a successful completion.
Rodney has negotiated on behalf of landlords on transactions ranging from 2,000 to 260,000 square feet and has represented tenants up to 120,000 square feet.
Rodney began his career in 1996 with the Frederick Ross Company in Denver, now Newmark Knight Frank. He spent 14 years there focusing on the US-36 and Boulder markets. Rodney is an avid University of Colorado supporter.
