With a focus on revenue management, Lynn has secured significant increases in rental payments and achieved substantial cost savings through strategic acquisitions.
Throughout her career, Lynn has held notable positions such as LaGuardia Airport Manager of Properties and Commercial Development at the Port Authority of NY/NJ, where she led a team overseeing airlines and airport infrastructure property management. As the Director of Commercial Management of Real Estate and Development at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport, she managed the real estate capital program, achieving consistent expense reductions and maintaining high financial compliance.
Lynn's experience also extends to the private sector, where she served as a Real Estate Broker and Consultant at Cushman and Wakefield, and an Executive Marketing Manager at Paradigm Asset Management, significantly increasing government sector contracts.
