Professional Experience
Chris Coble has 20+ years of diverse experience in corporate real estate, real estate development, transit-oriented development (TOD), economic development and including a stint with CBRE.
Mr. Coble led the transit oriented development department for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Denver, Colorado and is considered an expert in TOD. During his tenure at RTD, Mr. Coble played a key role in negotiating TOD deals throughout the acclaimed 13-mile T-REX project in Southeast Denver. Chris also managed early TOD initiatives for RTD’s FasTracks project, the nation’s largest transit expansion project valued at close to $8 billion. Chris has TOD experience with 100+ separate station locations over ten large municipalities.
